My practice has now reopened for Foot Reflexology treatments.
The safety of my clients is paramount and strict measures are in place to ensure that my therapy room meets the regulations required by the Government, my professional association (the Association of Reflexologists) and Essex Trading Standards.
An enhanced cleaning protocol is carried out between treatment sessions and you can click the logo below for more information on the safety standards in force and what this means for you.
Hello and a very warm welcome to my website!
If you are trying to conceive or are already pregnant, you’ve come to the right place!
I’ve been a professional reflexologist for over 20 years, offering treatments to clients in north Essex and Cambridgeshire.
My peaceful practice is located in beautiful countryside near Saffron Walden, Essex and my tranquil therapy room can be easily reached from Stansted, Bishops Stortford, Thaxted, Great Dunmow, Haverhill and Cambridge. Free and easy off road parking is always available.
I am passionate about working with clients to optimise their chances of conception and ensure that they have the best possible pregnancy and birth experience.
Over the last 16 years I have felt very privileged to have supported hundreds of expectant mums throughout their pregnancies... I am passionate about what I do and my mission is to enable every woman to have the most wonderful pregnancy and positive birth experience possible!
As I offer a specialised pregnancy reflexology service, I see clients not only from Saffron Walden, but from the surrounding towns and villages of Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Hertfordshire too.
How can reflexology help during pregnancy?
When you find out that you are expecting, you may be surprised at just how exhausted you feel... This often happens very early in pregnancy and can be very difficult - especially when you are struggling to cope with work and/or already have a little one to look after. You may also have started to experience some other common symptoms including:
- Morning Sickness and nausea
- Back pain
- Fluid retention
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- Pelvic Girdle Pain
As your body will be going though huge changes over the next few months, it’s sensible to give yourself permission to rest and recover whenever you can!
Reflexology treatments may help ease many pregnancy discomforts and will encourage deep relaxation - enabling you to ‘switch off’ and have some quiet time with your baby - and they’ll also help soothe your body and mind too.
As your pregnancy progresses, treatments may become even more beneficial, as they’ll help prepare you - both physically and emotionally - as the arrival of your little one draws nearer.

Reflexology for Fertility
I have been using reflexology to treat those planning to start a family (and those who have encountered fertility issues) for many years and have seen how sensible lifestyle choices and regular sessions may lead to a happy outcome...
- Pre-conceptual treatments will ensure that you are in the best physical and emotional condition, which may help optimise your chances of conception.
- Treatments may help ease symptoms of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Endometriosis - perhaps contributory factors if you are experiencing fertility issues.
- Treatments may help regulate your menstrual cycle following oral/implant contraceptive use.
- Treatments can also support those undergoing Assisted Conception - helping to relieve anxiety and lower stress hormones, as well as encouraging relaxation at the deepest level.

Reflexology for Wellbeing
Reflexology is a gentle holistic therapy that provides an antidote to the stresses and strains of our busy lives...
Treatment sessions encourage relaxation at the deepest level and are a pleasurable and pampering experience. Reducing the symptoms of stress will improve your quality of life - potentially leading to enhanced sleep, a lift in mood and an enhanced sense of wellbeing.
As a Women’s Health specialist, I have often seen how reflexology can help regulate the menstrual cycle, ease symptoms of PMT and balance hormones naturally.
If you are approaching Menopause you may have started to experience troublesome symptoms, such as hot flushes, mood swings, loss of libido...
Why not let reflexology support you throughout this transition? Treatments could help reduce your symptoms, enabling you to cope better - indeed some of my clients have reported an increase in their energy levels and a renewed zest for life!
There are many health conditions that respond well to reflexology, but here are just a few:
- Back and muscular pain
- Menstruation problems (irregular periods, PMS, hormone imbalance)
- Digestive discomfort (including IBS)
