* TEMPORARY PRACTICE CLOSURE - CORONAVIRUS *
It is with deep regret that I have taken the decision to temporarily close my Practice.
The health and wellbeing of my clients has always been a priority and, in light of recent Government advice, I feel that this is the sensible thing to do...
I know that many of you have found your treatment sessions to be a great support, helping to reduce the stress and anxiety you are understandably feeling at this time. I’ll still be posting on my Facebook and Instagram pages though, so please follow me there!
I’ll certainly miss seeing you and being able to treat you with hands-on therapy, but I will still be available - via phone, email or Messenger - so if things are getting you down or you just feel you’d like a chat, please get in touch.
I’ll be keeping clients updated as things progress. In the meantime please take care and stay safe x
Hello and a warm welcome to my website!
If you are trying to conceive or already expecting, you’ve come to the right place!
I have been a Professional Reflexologist for 18 years and run a thriving Practice in north-west Essex - close to the borders with Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Hertfordshire.
For the last 16 years I have been a Maternity Reflexologist - offering specialised treatments to expectant mums in Saffron Walden and the surrounding areas. I offer Postnatal treatments to help women recover from Pregnancy and Birth and Baby and Child Reflexology too.
Pre-Conception treatments are available for those planning to start a family, as well as treatments for those trying to conceive, who may have encountered Fertility Issues.
My peaceful Therapy Room is located in beautiful countryside close to Saffron Walden - with free and easy parking right outside - and can be easily reached from Stansted, Bishops Stortford, Thaxted, Great Dunmow, Haverhill and Cambridge.
Over the last 16 years I have felt very privileged to have supported hundreds of expectant mums throughout Pregnancy... I am passionate about what I do and my mission is to enable every woman to have the most wonderful Pregnancy and Positive Birth experience possible!
As I offer a specialised Pregnancy Reflexology service, I see clients not only from Saffron Walden, but from the surrounding towns and villages of Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Hertfordshire too.
How can Reflexology help during Pregnancy?
When you find out that you are expecting, you may be surprised at just how exhausted you feel... This often happens very early in Pregnancy and can be very difficult - especially when you are struggling to cope with work and/or already have a little one to look after. You may also have started to experience some other common symptoms including:
- Morning Sickness and Nausea
- Back pain
- Fluid retention
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- Pelvic Girdle Pain
As your body will be going though huge changes over the next few months, it’s sensible to give yourself permission to rest and recover whenever you can!
Reflexology treatments may help ease Pregnancy discomfort and will encourage deep relaxation - enabling you to ‘switch off’ and have some quiet time with your baby - and they’ll also help soothe your body and mind too.
As Pregnancy progresses, treatments may become even more beneficial, as they’ll help prepare you - both physically and emotionally - as the arrival of your little one draws nearer.

Reflexology for Fertility
I have been offering Reflexology to those planning to start a family and those who have encountered Fertility Issues, for many years and have seen how sensible lifestyle choices and regular Reflexology sessions may lead to a happy outcome...
- Pre-Conception treatments will ensure that you are in the best physical and emotional condition, which may help optimise your chances of conception.
- Treatments may help ease symptoms of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Endometriosis - perhaps contributory factors if you are experiencing Fertility Issues..
- Treatments may help regulate your Menstrual Cycle following oral/implant contraceptive use.
- Treatments can also support those undergoing Assisted Conception - helping to relieve anxiety and lower stress hormones, as well as encouraging relaxation at the deepest level.

Reflexology for Wellbeing
Reflexology is a gentle Holistic Therapy that provides an antidote to the stresses and strains of our busy lives...
Treatment sessions encourage relaxation at the deepest level and are a pleasurable and pampering experience. Reducing Stress and increasing relaxation may lead to an improvement in your quality of life - including enhanced sleep, a lift in mood and an enhanced sense of Wellbeing.
If you are approaching Menopause you may have started to experience troublesome symptoms - such as Hot Flushes, Irritability, Mood Swings and Loss of Libido... Reflexology can support you through this transition and help you cope better - indeed many clients report an increase in their energy levels and a renewed zest for life!
As a Women’s Health specialist, I have often seen how Reflexology can help regulate the Menstrual Cycle and ease symptoms of PMT, so it may be a great way to help balance hormones naturally.
There are so many health conditions that may respond well to Reflexology, but here are just a few:
- Back and Muscular Pain
- Menstruation Issues (irregular periods, PMS, Hormone Imbalance)
- Digestive Disorders (including IBS)

Did you know that I offer other Wellbeing Treatments too?
- Facial Reflexology - a wonderful way to ‘switch off’ a busy brain and achieve a natural radiant glow!
- Zone Face Lift - a deeply restorative and nurturing non-invasive skin enhancement solution.
- Hot Stone Reflexology - enhanced relaxation with warming thermal stones - deliciously comforting during the colder months of the year!

If you give me less than 24 hours notice, I reserve the right to charge you the total cost of the session - as there usually won’t be enough time to offer the appointment to someone else. Whilst I do not like having to do this, it has become necessary to ensure the smooth running of my business.
