Hello and welcome.
I am a Maternity and Fertility Reflexology Specialist and have been providing pre-conception, pregnancy and post-natal reflexology since 2002.
My practice is situated just outside
Saffron Walden in Essex and I offer a home visiting service for the surrounding areas. Reflexology sessions are carried out in a dedicated treatment room, located in tranquil rural surroundings, yet within easy reach of
Great Dunmow, Bishops Stortford, Haverhill, Braintree and areas south of
Cambridge. Evening and Saturday morning appointments are available.

Maternity Reflexology for Pregnancy and Labour
Maternity Reflexology is a wonderful healing therapy that can support you throughout your pregnancy and help prepare your body for childbirth. Maternity reflexology treatments encourage relaxation - something that is especially important at this time.
Research studies have shown that expectant mums who received regular maternity reflexology treatments had far shorter birthing times and required significantly less pain relief than those who did not have reflexology.
Maternity reflexology can help relieve many of the minor discomforts of pregnancy you may experience including
nausea, heartburn, constipation, insomnia and
back pain.
Maternity reflexology can also help alleviate some of the more troublesome conditions such as
Hyperemesis Gravidarum,
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and
Pelvic Girdle Pain (also known as Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction or SPD).
If you have gone beyond your expected 'due date' maternity reflexology can be very effective and may
encourage the onset of labour.

Fertility Reflexology is a gentle therapy that can help ensure your mind and body are in the best possible condition prior to conception.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) are disorders that can cause troublesome symptoms which may affect your fertility. These complaints respond particularly well to the hormone balancing effects of reflexology and many other fertility issues can also be treated.
Fertility reflexology treatments can support you through diagnostic medical investigations and in the time leading up to Advanced Reproductive Technologies procedures, including IVF.
Reflexology for other conditions
Reflexology is a calming and relaxing holistic therapy that can help ease many acute and chronic conditions, including long-term
stress.
Treatments may also be very effective if you are suffering from troublesome symptoms during the
menopause and other hormone-related conditions such as PMS.
