General reflexology for Saffron Walden, Essex and Cambridgeshire. Specialist Maternity and Fertility Reflexologist for Essex and Cambridgeshire

Hello and a warm welcome to my website.

I have been a fully qualified reflexologist for ten years, offering general, maternity and fertility reflexology treatments at my practice near Saffron Walden in north Essex. I am located within easy reach of Great Dunmow, Bishops Stortford, Haverhill, Braintree, Linton, Sawston, Great Shelford and the surrounding areas of South Cambridgeshire. Location map

I have taught the specialised techniques of maternity reflexology alongside Val Groome on her training courses around the UK and, as Val has now retired, offer one-to-one refresher sessions for previous attendees.

I belong to the following professional associations:
  • Member of the Association of Reflexologists
  • Member of the Complementary Therapists' Assocation
  • Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
The CNHC is the only Department of Health backed regulatory body for complementary therapies. Registration with the CNHC is evidence of compliance with national standards of practice in reflexology and of best practice in complementary healthcare provision.

  • As an experienced maternity reflexologist, I feel that reflexology is a great tool to help expectant mums prepare for birth - enabling them to cope with many of the discomforts or health conditions that may arise during pregnancy. I have spent time working on a voluntary basis within a hospital maternity unity, and enhanced my knowledge by treating many women with reflexology during labour. As a complementary (rather than an alternative) health practitioner, I maintain links with the community midwives in the areas surrounding my practice. More information can be found on the Maternity reflexology page.

For many years I have been treating couples planning to start a family and those having difficulty conceiving and believe that regular reflexology treatment sessions and sensible lifestyle choices may optimise the chances of conception. For more information please see the Reflexology for fertility issues page.

Reflexology enhances well-being and may be very beneficial in the treatment of numerous health conditions. Treatment sessions encourage relaxation and provide much needed time away from the stresses of everyday life. Please see the General reflexology page for more information.

If you would like further information or would like to make an appointment please call me on 01799 599984 or send me an email . I would be happy to hear from you.
