Welcome to my website. I am a Fertility and Maternity Reflexologist with many years experience of providing pre-conception, pregnancy and post-natal reflexology. I offer a specialist Fertility and Maternity Reflexology service in Saffron Walden and the surrounding areas of Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Hertfordshire. In addition I regularly assist in the specialised training of Maternity Reflexology.

My reflexology practice is located near Saffron Walden - within easy reach of Great Dunmow, Bishops Stortford, Haverhill, Braintree and Cambridge. Reflexology sessions are carried out in a dedicated treatment room, situated in tranquil rural surroundings. Fertility Reflexology

Maternity Reflexology

Maternity Reflexology can support you throughout your pregnancy and help prepare you for the birth of your baby. Specialised techniques will encourage you to relax and help ease the uncomfortable symptoms that you may be experiencing at this time including morning sickness, heartburn, insomnia and back pain. Regular treatments can also help alleviate troublesome conditions of pregnancy including Hyperemesis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Pelvic Girdle Pain (also known as symphysis pubis dysfunction).

My experience as a Maternity Reflexologist has been enhanced by working on a voluntary basis within a hospital maternity unit and I have used reflexology to treat many women during labour. I also maintain close links with community midwives in the areas surrounding my practice.

If you have gone beyond your expected 'due date' and your baby has still not arrived don't panic! Maternity Reflexology can be very effective at promoting deep relaxation and specialised techniques may help encourage the onset of labour.
